What is the Performance Insider program?
Performance Insider is our loyalty and reward program. Not only do members earn points to redeem as a discount, but they also get access to exclusive perks and deals! The best part? It's absolutely free! You’ll earn points for activities on our sites such as referrals, purchases, reviews, and much more. Note: Points cannot be earned or redeemed on C4 Energy beverage products.
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including completing your profile, referring friends, making purchases, submitting reviews, and following us on social media. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Rewards* tab in your account menu.
How do I view my point balance and redeem points?
Once you click through the Rewards tab in your profile, select Redeem Points on the left-hand menu. This will allow you to view how many points you have earned and create a discount code for the accrued points.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Do my points expire?
No way! The points you earn will be available to redeem for the lifetime of your account.
Where can I use my points?
Your points can only be redeemed on our site for our Cellucor and Xtend branded products. Points cannot be earned or redeemed for C4 Energy beverage products. Points are not able to be used on an order that has a discount code applied.
Is there a maximum discount that can be redeemed?
Great news! You are able to apply as many points as you would like to your order.
How do the Tiers work?
Each tier has a threshold of points you need to earn in order to access each level.
- Insider: 0-2,500 Points
- Athlete: 2,500-5,000 Points
- Pro: 5,000-10,000 Points
- Champion: 10,000+ Points
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending: These points are queued to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Regarding purchases, these points will typically be approved in your dashboard once your subscription order has been fulfilled or 7 days after your one-time order has been placed.
- Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this may happen if an order is canceled (the points will change from pending to canceled).
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will be canceled and removed from your account.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Where can I report a problem or give feedback?
Please use the 'Help' widget on the bottom right of this page to submit a request to our team.
Where are the points after someone made a successful purchase through my referral link?
After sharing your link, and someone clicks through that link to successfully make a purchase, you will only receive points if the total is greater than $30. This means that their subtotal will need to be greater than $50 before the $20 discount from your link is applied.
