We guarantee your satisfaction with products purchased directly from our site, or one of Nutrabolt’s authorized sellers! We understand that your investment into one of our products is an important financial decision, which is why we extend a 90-day, full money-back guarantee when you decide to make that investment from one of our sites. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a C4, Cellucor, or Xtend product, you may request a refund or replacement product. We are so confident you will love the product that we are happy to put our money where our mouth is. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, Nutrabolt’s satisfaction guarantee for C4/Cellucor/Xtend products is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
Furthermore, our Care Team is empowered to help you find the right product to fit your goals, and will do everything possible to make sure you have the best experience with C4/Cellucor/Xtend products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please reach out to the Care Team to express any concerns.

- If you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, please reach out to the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product, please contact Nutrabolt at the email address, phone number above, or 'Help' widget displayed on the bottom left of this article/help desk and we may be able to facilitate an exchange. Please not that we are unable to facilitate refund when buying from a third-party seller.

Terms & Conditions
If you purchased product or apparel through C4Energy.com, cellucor.com, or one of Nutrabolt’s authorized sellers, we do have a few guidelines.
- Your guarantee request must be received by the Care Team within 90 days after purchase.
- If your satisfaction guarantee request is approved, you will need to submit proof of purchase. Additionally, we may request that you mail in the unused portion of your C4/Cellucor/Xtend product or provide a photo of any quality issues. If you are returning apparel, it must be received by the Care Team unworn, unwashed, with the tag, and in new condition.
- Please note, we are unable to send prepaid return labels for satisfaction guarantee claims. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing in your product and proof of purchase.
- Nutrabolt reserves the right to verify information, request a valid proof of purchase, and to deny satisfaction guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the 90-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for C4, Cellucor, and Xtend products.
