Haven't received your entire order? Well, we have an easy explanation for that.
Simply put, we want to make the transit time for your order as short as possible, and therefore we have five warehouses located across the US. While we strive to keep stock of all products at each, sometimes products on order can ship from the different warehouses because of availability.
This of course means that one package could arrive before the other. Nevertheless, if you have any concerns, or want to gather that 2nd tracking number that you may not have been automatically notified of, please reach out to our support team.
