You know it!
Our products only contain legal dietary ingredients and are safe for healthy adults, 18 years of age of older. We do however recommend that you speak with your primary care physician before beginning a supplement regimen to make sure you are healthy and able to use the supplement we manufacture, sell and support to help you throughout your fitness and lifestyle journey.
Furthermore, our products are manufactured under very strict cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices), which are enforced by the FDA, and are regulations that all manufacturers of dietary supplements must follow. These regulations cover standards and practices for the testing, manufacture, storage, handling and distribution of products. Regulations also cover product specifications, premises, equipment, personnel, sanitation programs, operations, quality assurance, stability, records, sterile products, lot or batch samples and recall reporting.
But what exactly is the FDA's roll in the Dietary Supplement industry?
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, our nation’s food supply, cosmetics and products that emit radiation. The FDA's roll in regulating dietary supplements falls under a different set of regulations than those covering “conventional foods and drug products” under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).
